« Property is real easy to find. However, it's not the cleanest. When I walked through the backdoor to check out the back yard I walked into a spider web they must have almost covered the whole door. There was a broken window pane on the back that hadn't been fixed but the property manager obviously knew about. I'm pretty sure that was dried tomato sauce on the floor when we got there so not sure when the last time it had mopped. Overall it wasn't just super clean but the house seems to be...

« The inside is very clean and nice, great floor Plan. The rest is what it is. Location could be best described as remote. Wi-Fi is good. BTW, very narrow dirt road to get to property. Could use a few signs parking and house rules. When we arrived, the grass needed cutting badly, was cut the next morning after I texted the manager. Would not recommend for children. »

« If you are looking for a home thats in a safe, quiet, convenient to stores, recreation, and restaurants, this is your place? Chris made this an extremely pleasant and memorable experience for our golf group. We travel to Bham once a year to play golf and out of the past 3 visits, this one was the right on. The previous two years were very deceiving when it came to the location and the homes we visited. Very disappointing.Thanks for the hospitality Chris. »

« The house was recently renovated with all modern updates and conveniences. All beds and living spaces were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The home was stocked with lots of extras like coffees, clothes washing detergent and dryer sheets, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, dish washing detergent, just so many things! We were very comfortable during our extended stay in Clanton. »

« The host left the heat completely off, so the place was frozen when we got there. The system could not catch up. »

« Hot tub was great and lots of yard. The house had many cockroaches in every room and also had a hornets nest in the roof above the porch making it uncomfortable to sit on the swing. There are no trails attached to the property as stated in the title. There are uncovered electrical outlets in shower and living room making it unsafe for children. The guest bathroom door wouldn't even close »
