'We stayed for 4 nights at Siro and it was great! Check in was easy, the lovely ladies checking us in were great, they made sure we were able to get room service before it closed after a late arrival. The standout was Ivana though, she was so thoughtful and kind! She brought up the extra rollaway bed and made sure it was in the perfect location, thought about extra towels/robe/slippers to go with it and was so happy while doing it all.
