'We stayed in August for 2 weeks in the villa of Stefano and had a great time. The house was fine, everything we needed was present in the villa, as long as we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the heat out, we kept the house cool for the nights. We had access to 2 swimmingpools (!!), where do you find that? Stefano was a great host and always very helpful with advise and information about local sights to visit. We also enjoyed the local yearly festivities which are held in August....

'We had fantastic three days at Carmine's. The house is truly spectacular, it must be like staying with Hagrid from Harry Potter. The place was full of old curiosities and had an exciting atmosphere. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with teenagers. Good beds, clean and tidy. We recommend this house to everyone who wants to go away from the busy life and enjoy the nature. '

'Zelden op zo een mooie plek gezeten! Vanaf het terras uitzicht over de Tiber en het huis en de tuin met zwembad zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeker na een dagje cultuur in Rome is het hier heerlijk toeven.'

'Nach der Anreise auf den gut ausgebauten Sraßen , kamen wir an dem kleinen gut ausgestattetem Häuschen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt so wie besprochen. Die Lage und Unterkunft ist idela für Meschen die Ruhe suchen. Da die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas entfernt sind, ist es von Vorteil, wenn man vor der Anfahrt einkaufn gwht. Sehr geeignet für Selbstversorger.'

'Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad, uitzicht is prachtig, zwembad is groot en voor alleen gebruik, gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk en discreet.'

'Es war für uns ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig, wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Der Haushalt ist super ausgestattet, egal ob Geschirr, Küchen- oder andere Haushaltsgeräte, es ist von allem ausreichend vorhanden. Der Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung wurde unser Lieblingsplatz. The communication was complicated since received messages from both Novasol and VRBO, and the local contact does not speak a single word of english. 'When we arrived we thought there were more quests looking at the space there was but we were the only ones. The appartment is very well equiped and beautifully decorated. The pool is clean and large. No traffic noices or anything. Just relax by the pool or sit down in the patio. The hostes lives in the same building but the place is very large. The appartment is completely seperated from the rest. We had a very good time there. When you come to relax and contemplate on life this is a good place...

'Our family made this beautiful property “home base” while visiting Rome. Views are tremendous. Hosts are very communicative and left us a wonderful welcome gift. Car rental from Termini to property 45 mins (but plan on an hour + with traffic when returning). Quick drive to the nearby town for any provisions.
