Amazing boutique resort with excellent service
We stayed at Zoetry Montego Bay in October 2017. We stayed for 10 nights and had the time to experience every part of the resort. We did a vow-renwal ceremony at the resort, and long story short we had the best experience you can imagine. We decided to go for this primarily because of the rooms, the beautiful location, small resort size, the extra’s and the fact that the resort was redecorated and renamed December 2016. What convinced us to book were the multiple Instagram posts from former guests and reviews. This convinced us all was real.

Upon entry the staff was so courteous! This alone was enough to let me know that I was about to enjoy my stay.The property was intimate and exceptionally clean. My room was amazing and came with all the extras! The Views were absolutely breath taking. Thanks Natalie!

The staff and others were extremely hospitable. Rotating menus were great and food was prepared well. It was beautiful weather. Little more windy than we would have liked, but it was overall fantastic. The room and service to the room were great. I would stay again or recommend to others.

First of all the resort design is beautiful. But there arre a number of items that werent not spectacular for my stay. Ill attribute it to the short duration but at the expense per night Inwas not as impressed as I woukd have liked to be. The facility was a bit understaffed or the staff had multiple responsibilities that were oulling their attention elsewhere. None of the amenities I came to enjoy were available to me because they were either closed early or never opened during my stay. I was pressured to soend my time enjoying others parts of the hotel collection rather than the resort itself. And there were no guests really enjoying themselves to interact with. Again I'll attribute this tobmy furation but it was the most expensive stay I had ever experienced and ive had better experiences i do plan to return and try something else if possible as the other hotels in their group are equally as beautiful more well staffed and genuinely enjoyable experiences.

Staff was amazing! The food was ok the drinks were pretty good. There were a lot of stray cats walking around that I didn’t like. Rooms are nice but the pictures are misleading, I thought I was getting a room with a tub but I didn’t. I also paid for ocean view but it was more of a pool view. The resort credit was split into coupons so I didn’t get to use any of that. Overall had a good stay. Jason, Barbara, Andell, and Javon were awesome.

Hugely disappointing as this was the first major trip for sometime andI decided to splash out. Whilst many of the staff were really helpful others were not. Operationally more needs to be done. Many of the facilities and common areas were tired and need up grading (it was certainly not a state of the art gym as advertised). The food was also hit and miss.

This has been the worst experience at an all inclusive resort. The customer service is terrible. They have false advertisement of multiple restaurants but in reality only open one every single day with extremely limited options. The other one that’s supposed to be open for dinner is only opens sometimes for lunch which is the one by the pool. They brought us not cooked French toast and the only night they had a Jamaican buffet the food was cold sitting with no warmers or lighting for you to be able to even see it properly. The room service options are limited as well only pizza a burger or nachos so we ordered nachos, they brought us chips with cheese and cut up red onions even though on the menu it says sour cream salsa guacamole etc. I have never been to an all inclusive resort where I have been hungry my entire stay. The bars never had bar tenders and when they did they were very slow. I was waiting in the lobby for an excursion pickup so I wanted an drink from the lobby bar but there was no one there so I started asking the employees where I could get one they bounced me around until I ended up having to go to the one open restaurant to order a drink because there was no bartenders at any bar on the entire resort. You pay to be wine and dined so I at least expected an employee to offer to bring us some but no. The butlers text you false information from the get go telling you about all the activities like bingo or pool trivia etc not ONCE did we see any activity happening

I had made a reservation for an ocean view room; however, upon arriving at the property and opening the curtains, I was disappointed to find that my view was obstructed by surrounding buildings. Additionally, I had been informed of a lobster dinner event scheduled for that evening, with a price tag of $90 per person. It's worth noting that I had originally booked an all-inclusive resort package. Furthermore, I observed unsightly wet stains on the headboard of my bed. Consequently, I requested a room change to one that corresponded to the category I had initially reserved and paid for. Regrettably, I was informed that there were no available rooms meeting my booking criteria, and the staff's attitude was less than accommodating. In my attempt to address these issues, I reached out to Travelocity for assistance. Regrettably, they conveyed their inability to help me secure a refund or resolution for the situation. In light of these ongoing concerns and the dissatisfaction I experienced, I made the decision to check out of the property and relocate to Secrets. This choice resulted in a financial loss of $3,300. I trust that this comprehensive account provides you with a clear understanding of the circumstances surrounding my stay.

Some of the people that work there will make you feel uncomfortable when asking for drinks. Kyle and Michael were amazing and attentive. Raise their salary. the lady by the pool bar always had an attitude and the lady that work on jerky Jo do not know how to make guess feel welcome. Rude and in need of training. People in the lobby were nice and the guy in the polo lounge was amazing he made my stay more comfortable. Also prices aré extremely expensive if you want to tour with cab driver. I feel like jamaica is taking advantage of the tourist by trying to ask for ridicules amount of money for things. The room was very pretty but the shower was open and that is not comfortable for everyone. It should be with a door or curtain.

Our television and internet did not work for 3 days of our 6 day trip. We made several calls about these issuses. With no urgency of the staff to resolve it. Our room phone went out the following day. We were unaware that a tablet was to be provided to us to order room service. Until our last day when the receptionist inquired why are we calling for room service instead of using the tablet. We paid for spa packages and scheduled appointments in advance when our booking of the trip. Only to arrive to the spa appointment (on day 3 of the stay) and be notified they don't offer the package. The staff cater to the Caucasian patrons. We experienced this several times while attempting to order lunch/dinner. We were at the bar, awaiting for staff to finish taking the order of a customer, whom was at the bar upon our arrival. We were the only customers remaining. A Caucasian group of 3 arrived to the bar and the staff gravitated to them, disregarded our presence and took their order before ours. We will NEVER frequent this establishment again. I would advise anyone whom is not Caucasian to NOT spend their money, time, or vacation at this establishment.

If quiet and cozy is what you are looking for this is definitely the perfect place. There is no entertainment. There's sip and paint and candle making. You can do plenty of activities off the resort. There's not a lot of food options alrhough what they serve is very good. Plenty of drink options. The masseuse is great. The butlers go out of there way to please you. The staff is very nice and constantly making sure you're comfortable. The pool area is not large but accommodates the size of the property and the views are beautiful.

Very clean rooms. This is a small resort therefore everything on the resort is in close proximity, not alot of walking. I stayed in a ocean view swim up room and it was the best room choice.

The staff were very warm and welcoming. Made our stay feel very homey and they were also very accommodating. The resort offered exactly what we were looking for.

Our room wasn't ready on time and we didn't receive a butler as advertised. For the most part the staff was friendly, but there were some that were not so friendly.

beautiful facility, great room, great views, staff was awesome, the beach area needs to be more user friendly. Food was average a best. Breakfast was good as was lunch, especially Jerk Hut. Dinner choices need to be upgraded w a better quality.

The staff outside the front desk was very friendly. Our room flooded and no one ever came to fix it and the front desk knew where the leak was coming from. Had to call multiple times and it never got fixed. Food was sub par
