Directly adjacent to your stay is 12 Ridges Vineyard, Virginia’s highest-altitude vineyard, perched at over 3,300 feet with panoramic 360-degree views that stretch across mountain tops and valley below. WINTER ACCESS & ROAD CONDITIONS: Please be aware that the Blue Ridge Parkway is the only access route to 12 Ridges Vineyard House and is frequently closed at unpredictable times between December and March due to snow, ice, and other winter weather conditions. Four-wheel drive (4WD) is required to stay at this property during the winter months, as mountain weather and road conditions can change quickly. Guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is equipped to safely navigate winter conditions. If the Blue Ridge Parkway is scheduled to be closed during your reservation dates, we will work with you to either provide a full refund or move your reservation to another available property. Because closures can occur with little notice, we strongly recommend monitoring Parkway conditions and traveling with a 4WD vehicle capable of driving safely in snow and ice.
