Paleizen in Montauk

'Great Location and Amenities, but Disappointing Noise Levels Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the hotel offered o some amenities, and the breakfast each morning was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the sauna area and its showers could definitely benefit from better cleaning and maintenance. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. The walls are extremely thin, and we found ourselves...

'Their was a hidden $45 fee that was not mentioned by expedia. Not happy I need to be credited.'

'Lokatie was prima. Overal mieren in 2 kamer appartement. '

'Location, very clean, comfortable'

'Personeel, eten en locatie '

Different room no kitchen sink or counter to wash dishes the room provided. The bathroom sink was cracked and an outlet in the bedroom was broken. Very disappointed.'

'The room we had was not that clean but even worse was the roach crawling on the ceiling. We immediately vacated the property and didn’t stay in our room. We abandoned the room and stayed at a different property. Hoping to settle this soon.'

'The shower head had like 5 spigots and no water pressure'

'Everything was great.'

'loved this place. Beautiful room with furniture and accessories you'd kill to have at home. From manager Chip to front desk staff, this place really takes care of its guests. And the room was styled out with really worthy snacks and mini bar (and the coolest tea kettle and tea selection). Steps from the beach and all the fun bars and restaurants near the marina. Would go again (bonus, they love dogs; the double queen room was super comfortable for my wife and me, 11yr old and two active...
