We had some special accommodation requests and Maddi was very attentive and accessible throughout our stay. We understand that things happen and when we got to the property Can you please we couldn’t get the thermostat to work but Maddi put us in contact with her property manager Paula and she was there almost immediately and addressed the problem. « Beautiful home and property. Very spacious! Super comfy beds and pillows. Thoughtful extras in the bathrooms and extra blankets in the linen closet. The only recommendation I have is to replace the pots and skillets. Otherwise, it was very well stocked. »
