'This was the most immaculate stay!! Everything was clean, everything was usable, and there were so many extras! I’ve never had a rental fully load me up with snacks, beverages, even a bottle of wine! There was a small surprise to take home, every place to hang out was comfortable and equipped with anything you’d ever think of needing. This place was well worth the cost considering the extras and the location. Thank you for sharing your space!'

'Excellent stay at Nice and Cozy. Plenty of room for everyone and i ejoyed that the host had everhing we might have needed tonise. Although the hose was pretty clean, i would suggest a little dusting, especially in the corners in the upstairs bedrooms near the AC units. I would absolutely recommend this this place to anyone visiting the area. '

'This house was just as advertised. A group of five of us stayed here for a wedding in Tecumseh. The house was very clean and comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen and large living space to share. The host was helpful and flexible with our party. Close enough to walk to downtown Tecumseh and enjoy the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for a weekend stay.'

'Perfect set up for men fishing for a week. As stated earlier, be cautions while trailering a boat as the road is tight and twisty, any boat over 20' might have to rethink the location. The turnaround driveway could use some gravel. Overall, a good place for men to hang their hats for a night or more.'

Loved the coffee maker, shopped for one like it on Amazon. 😊. Great fenced in yard that my chihuahua’s enjoyed. Nice outdoor sitting area that we utilized more than the actual living room. 'David and Erika were excellent hosts in every way. Erika greeted us when we arrived and Dave was concerned and offered his assistance in multiple ways, far exceeding expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house was filled with snacks, the fridge stocked and all other essentials were more than ample. This rental and property was the best by far in comparison to all other rentals we’ve encountered over the years.'

'Very comfortable, spacious, and clean home. Nice, firm beds. Excellent communication with the property manager, and I appreciated they didn't have a list of tasks for us before checking out. The house is on a somewhat busy street, but it was not noisy inside the house--was easy to sleep, and we had no trouble pulling in and out of the driveway. There's a good AC unit downstairs and fans upstairs. That worried us, but we were very comfortable. We'd stay here again.'

'Were in town for UM function in July and all hotels were twice their usual cost. This place was 20 min away, spacious enough for 4-5 people, has outfitted full kitchen and was equal cost of one night at The Graduate where we have stayed. We would come again if here with family.'

'We were there for UofM graduation and this house was a great place to stay without being in Ann Arbor. There was plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint is that the house seems to be in process of getting some improvements that are much needed. Things like paint, fixtures, some small holes in the walls were definitely due to be fixed or replaced. It was clean overall.'

'Property needs a lot of work, needs to do a lots of upgrades as in gas from the stove odor, cleanliness, possibly a larger hot water tank because there was hardly any hot water and proper needs to upgrade on the facility as in better quality of linens bed and furniture'

'We wanted to find a place that would accommodate our boat and dog and woodchuck marina was above and beyond our expectations. Emily was wonderful!! So accommodating and has done a beautiful job renovating. Yard is fenced in which allowed our dog to be off leash outside. So nice. Beautiful home and yard with a relaxing hot tub after a day on Lake Erie. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for having us Emily (and Chief). You guys are awesome.'
