'The place worked for a last minute ski trip. It was roomy and clean. The hot tub was old but hot. I think what threw me off was the conditon of the home. Parts of floors were peeling and walls needed painting to cover patch jobs. The appliances were a bit quirky (the microwave would not open after heating food and we had to unplug it). The host was responsive when we arrived to check in and the cleaning crew was still there. The location was great for skiiing. '

'Garbage cans were not available. Only one smashed can was there. And blinds could be updated definitely looking pretty old and worn. But nice besides that.'

Upon arrival, the management company did not provide the keys, leaving us locked out with two young children and forcing us to urgently find alternate accommodations on a holiday weekend. It was an extremely stressful situation. Vacasa was slow, unhelpful, and disorganized, offering little support when it mattered most. And if you don't mind a shower with lukewarm water and no water pressure. Also half the lightbulbs not working. Room had used...

'I had a wonderful experience. I went with my family to celebrate my birthday and get away from the city and this was the perfect house to do it. The only thing I would’ve liked is more kitchen items, other than that everything was perfect. '

'Location was close to stores and easy access to the highway. Everything was new and clean. Beds were very comfortable.Would be a great location for families coming for college graduation. Would stay here again '

'We appreciated the historic feel of Coltrain and of the house itself - hardwood floors and trim and plenty of windows.Loved the hot tub - which was chlorinated rather than salt water.The driveway was carefully sanded because of the ice and the friendly host even blew the snow off our cars.'

'Great location if you are skiing in Stratton, just 5-10 minutes down the road. House is large enough for 3 families and plenty of games. There was plenty of firewood to keep stay warm and cozy. Only two suggestions would be to have an outlet outside to keep your car warm / charged and the septic system should be looked at as it required an emergency pump during our last day (that he host did promptly).'
