The 38m2 apartment can accommodate 2 people and is in the immediate vicinity of Monaco. I will not be present in person but the We Care Conciergerie team will be there to help and assist you throughout your stay. They are opened from 10am to 8pm

Residential and quiet area. Going down the stairs you are 2 minutes from the famous Place des Moulins in Monaco. All amenities are therefore nearby, as well as the principality's bus network and the French network. The Grimaldi Forum is also 5 minutes away on foot.

Travelers are 1 minute walk from Monaco. The apartment located in a typical Beausoleil house is made up of stairs, be careful if you have suitcases or mobility problems.
There is no street parking and it can sometimes be difficult to find a space, however public parking in Monaco is available at a cost of 20€/day.

You will love this accommodation by its atypical side, typical of the region! You will love its view of the Beausoleil countryside and its luminosity. The apartment is also tastefully furnished and you will appreciate its decoration.

It consists of an entrance opening onto a bright main room.
In this main room you will find a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, air conditioner and a dining table.
A nice lounge area with sofa and armchair as well as WIFI and television.

There is then a shower room with WC and washbasin

A bedroom with a comfortable bed and various storage spaces.

We draw your attention to the fact that there are many stairs to access the residence.
Parking spaces at the bottom of the stairs are rather rare and you may need to park your vehicle in Monaco, which is a 2-minute walk away.

A 5-minute walk away you will have access to the Place des Moulins where you can benefit from the principality's buses but also buses to Nice airport or to Menton.
Nice airport is 31 minutes away by vehicle
The Monaco train station is a 20-minute walk away, but once you arrive at the station, you can take a bus from Monaco to Place des Moulins, which is 2 minutes from the apartment.
There is no parking with the apartment but the possibility of parking your vehicle at Place des Moulins for 20€/day.

The apartment is up a hill with stairs and no lift. It is therefore not suitable for people with mobility problems.
A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.
