« Quite modern Hotel well located near the mall. The staff is really very polite, professional and dedicated. The rooms are very comfortable ( good mattress, soft but you can take the overmatress if you like it harder). You can as well open the windows ( at least in my suite) if you prefer the fresh air and not the air conditioning, which was too effective for me ( cold and not that loud). « Every time I vacation in Manila, I stay in Parque España. Conveniently located to many restaurants, Alabang Town Center Mall, Festival Mall, Molito Mall, Supermarkets, hospital. Clean and affordable with a great breakfast buffet and shuttle service. All the staff are helpful, professional and friendly. I feel safe staying here because there are guards at the entrance who are vigilant in checking all the guests that go in and out of the hotel. »

« A/C was great and needed it. Mostly quiet. Room overall fine. Shower was just warm so that was ok, but i like water hot. »

Also really appreciated their attentiveness to allergens and providing safe dishes for my son. The chef came out everyday to discuss options with my son. The area around the hotel was very busy, but we always felt safe on thr property. »
