'The apartment was amazing! The rooms were clean and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The AC unit in one of the bedroom wasn’t working properly which is fine, stuff like that happens all the time. She refunded us a small sum which was nice! Overall, we had a great time!'

You can drive to the beach, but we were hoping it would be closer. The air conditioner broke while we were there and a worker was in our place all day, but couldn't fix it. 'Clean, modern, well equipped—Kaia Villa exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful, had everything we could ever need and more, and was the perfect space for our family trip to the North Shore. Our kids loved all the extras; games, puzzles, pickleball paddles, beach toys etc., and the adults enjoyed the extra toiletries, comfortable bed and beautiful/clean decor! Our host, Norma was very kind, helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back one day. '

The air conditioning was nice after the warm sunny days. The amenities such as the washer/dryer , outdoor supplies for the beach, stocked kitchen, and extra amenities were a thoughtful touch. '5 stars hands down. This beautiful condo had everything you need for a wonderful Hawaii vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare any of your own food and bring back all your island leftovers. The owners provide all your needs for a beach day (towels, chairs, wagon to haul everything, umbrellas, snorkel gear, boogie boards and more).
