Villa's in Modica

'Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza, la casa si trova in una zona molto tranquilla col mare a pochi metri, ma anche in posizione strategica per visitare le più belle località della Val di Noto. L'alloggio è curato e accogliente, dotato di uno splendido e ampio terrazzo, e i proprietari sono persone davvero squisite. Consigliatissimo.'

'Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren die er voor willen zorgen dat het je nergens aan ontbreekt in hun vakantie huis. We werden super warm verwelkomd in hun heerlijke huis. Koelkast gevuld, fruit, wijn, pasticceria uit Modica, alles stond klaar toen we aankwamen. Fijn en groot zwembad , meer dan voldoende bad- en douchelakens en beddengoed. Kortom een aanrader!'

'We stayed at this villa to celebrate my dad's 70th birthday. We could not have chosen a better location! The villa is beautifully decorated, really spacious (sleeps 9!), the pool area and garden are great and the hosts could not have been lovelier. 'A really beautiful property that provides modern conveniences in a wonderfully atmospheric, historic setting. Luca and Lorenzo were both very helpful, and the sprawling outdoor courtyard with fruit trees was amazing. Highly recommended.'

'We loved staying at this cottage, right near the beach. Salvo couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating! We initially were a little tentative because we didn't see other reviews on the property, but we were so glad that we ultimately booked this because it worked perfectly for our family of 4. Maria di Modica is a beautiful spot, the beach is gorgeous, and restaurants and the town is charming. We would definitely stay here again!'

'The house, garden and pool, where well maintained and absolutely clean. The view from the top terrace was beautiful. But the street nearby is really hevaily used (much more than other roads of this kind. Seems to be a main connection between Modica and Pozzallo). Probably not an issue if you use the house with 6-10 persons, as there is noise anywhere, but if a couple is looking for a quite place to relax at the pool and read a book, it is.'

'We rented the home from July 8-July 12, 2024- 2 families (4 adults & 3 teenagers). We loved the house with all the conveniences we paid for. However, on July 11, there was a power outage from 2-3 am in the morning till the next day when it was restored at ~10pm (19-20 hours without power).
