'Staying at the Travelling Bishop was a highlight of my year. It was cosy, romantic and calming all at once. There has been a lot of care and attention to detail put into preserving the atmospheric charm of this church. It was easily the most comfortable sleep I have had away from home in a long time. Our host had excellent communication and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much! '

'Very comfortable accommodation. Would choose for future stays. Bathroom door latch needs attention as it does not open easily from the inside. Great lounge area with lighting options. Balcony with outdoor setting, telescope and lounge'

'The house has a lovely atmosphere, with adequate socialising areas. It is well equipped both in the kitchen and laundry. It is very well positioned to social and shopping venues.We stayed in summer and were very comfortable.The six of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to return.'
