Flats in Moab

'Reached out to Travel Toro to let them know our traveling situation. They proved all the necessary access prior to arrival, and was over communicative (not in a bad or irritating way). Would recommend to friends as they travel to Moab.'

'Comfortable, clean, and convenient '

'The location was great and the accommodations were good. The main reason we booked here was because of the hot Rob. We did a lot of hiking and wanted to be able to relax in the evenings. The tub was broken and when I asked about it I was told they drain it every Sunday even though I asked on Saturday. Then I got a different story on Sunday. We never did get to use it. The home was stocked well which was what we were looking for as we wanted a kitchen so we could cook. They supplied a few spices...

'The plates and spoons are dirty. I need to wash them again. The Wi-Fi is not working. We have to reboot it. The TV is not connected to the Wi-Fi. The gate code is not working. I tried to contact customer service by calling, emailing, and texting. It takes 2 hr for someone to get back to me. '

'The place was lovely. The beds and couch comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor area and hot tub. The location was easy to access and the neighborhood was quiet . We could hear our neighbors upstairs.'

'We had difficulty receiving the code, but VRBO was terrific in assisting us. There are steep steps to the upstairs units. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. '

Two small improvements: •A later checkout than 10 AM would help, especially after a long hike the day before. •The balcony grill was dirty and not usable. Overall, a very good stay'
