'The breakfast everyday was awesome. At the Sotogrande they treat you special and remember you. Jeric was particularly helpful and his english is great . I had a great time . I needed their attention, because I am a nervous solo traveler . After a few days I was part of the family . I have never been treated better any where in my life. It was awesome . '

'Had a great stay. Really friendly owner who help us with booking and seightseing '

'We stayed here for two nights while we were in the area for birdwatching. The rooms were clean and the A/C was cold! It's a simple place, with a nice courtyard and pool. We loved the home-cooked breakfasts and the staff are amazingly kind and helpful. They were flexible on making breakfast early to accommodate our departure. A few things to keep in mind.. The beds are typical for the area - not much padding and they only provide sheets, no blankets. They provide a small thing of shampoo and...

'Very Nice…'

'Would not recommend.'

'We had a lovely stay at the Funny Lion, the hotel is beautiful and the surroundings are magnificent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, we had a great time. Everything was very clean and tidy. The breakfast, food and beverages were delicious.'

'Staff are very entertaining and helpful'

'Wonderful central location! Welcoming friendly staff! Excellent breakfast. And the A/C worked beautifully and was very welcome. Will stay again and recommend!'

'Fijn hotel'

'Very clean with a neighbor who cooks your favorite dish and delivers it to your door for a fee'

'Only stayed 1 night but room was clean. Staff was friendly. Had small restaurant but food was good. Highly recommend and price was good for the room'

'We loved the jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They booked us a ride going to a restaurant that we wanted to visit and gave us tip to get going. My husband left his phone in the room and they arranged everything just so it can be delivered to us safely before flying back to US. The room was spacious, too. It is worth it.'
