Perfect location by the beach and to nearby restaurants. Very quiet rooms and nicely furnished with all the amenities. We’ll stay here again!

I loved this condo. It was clean, well organized and has a nice view. The Sandestin property overall is gorgeous and the entrance is guarded. Breathe Easy rentals are fantastic communicators. Hope to rent this unit again next year.

The property was great - had everything we needed and was close to everything. Beach and pool were wonderful. Condo itself was great - very comfortable and clean. Any question we had from property manager was answered promptly. Very easy check in we had plenty that we needed to enjoy our vacation.

Perfect Getaway

Unit is large, clean and very well equipped. Breathe Easy Rentals are very good at communicating. They are really on top of it. Beach and pool were great. Over all building is very clean and quiet. Staff working there very friendly. Someone was always cleaning. Unit is centrally located close to shopping, restaurants and parks. We enjoyed a much needed getaway. Didn't want to come home. Will definitely come again.

A week in Paradise

We have stayed at the Westwinds every year for the last 5 years and we have left each time relaxed and refreshed. We will be coming back in October to celebrate our Anniversary as well.The condo was well stocked, great layout for our family, and secluded with some great views. The condo was very clean and Breathe Easy left a hand full of literature for near by attractions for us to do while there. Being on the 3rd floor is the way to go as you can just take the stairs up to the room and skip the elevator wait as well as your view over the top of the trees allows you to see the ocean from your balcony! The condo came with chairs, umbrella, and some other miscellaneous beach accessories so we didn't need the chair and umbrella services on the beach for 75 a day.
