Every day will feel like summer at the tranquil Summer Breeze Condominiums! This 3 story, classically designed condominium offers you the chance to enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation with nothing but the peaceful sea breeze outside your windows. Each spacious unit has a private balcony to provide you with breathtaking views of Florida sunsets. And when you’re ready to sink your feet into the sugary sand of the world’s finest beaches, all you have to do is cross the street and you’re there. Your own private beach thanks to Summer Breeze's deeded beach access. The inviting pool is complete with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas, lovely landscaping, a hot tub and showers for a sand-free retreat. And to end a perfect day in the sun, gather the family around the picnic tables for a cook-out! Or if you don’t feel like cooking, there are several appetizing restaurants waiting to heat up your taste buds all within walking distance. Summer Breeze is located in the heart of Destin so the entertainment opportunities are overwhelming! Outdoor malls, movie theatres, hundreds of eateries, arcades and award winning golf courses are all just minutes away. This property now offers wireless internet at each unit! During Spring Break this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Over the 4th of July holiday we require a weekly stay. Holidays require a 3-night minimum and all other times rent nightly.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Great location!

We loved staying at this location. Easy access to the beach. Clean and had everything we needed did beach stay! Beds comfortable, pool and hot tub area nice and love the access from our back porch. Great coffee maker… nothing better than a cup of coffee and beach view. Laundry machines nice location out our condo door with easy credit card payment! Great beach trip!

Perfect beach vacation

Nice and clean. Right on the bike path - perfect for our morning ride for coffee and beignets. Public beach was very nice with easy access. Close to outlet mall. Only 20 minutes from our favorite restaurant Dewey's on the bay.

Family vacation

The property is in a great location and my family had a great time. We had a few issues. The pullout couch needs replaced. It is starting to fall apart and is missing springs which made it impossible to sleep on. Property management brought us a pad to put on it however that meant that we had a giant fold up pad in our living room/dining room for 10 days. The dining chairs were a bit wobbly and they are falling apart too. With a family of 5 for 10 days, we always plan to eat out but to also cook some meals at home, there was more than enough items stocked in the kitchen (pots, pans, cook wear etc.) but no room to store food. The hall bunk beds were a hit with my girls ages 3 and 8. The safety rail on the top bunk should be attached. I woke up one morning to see that one side had popped off, likely when my oldest daughters foot got under it or something while sleeping. It’s a long way down to a really hard floor! Finally, some hooks outside for wet towels and suits would be perfect! Many apartments had them and since you are not to drape wet towels over banisters outside it was 10 days of wet towels for the beach and pool! Because there is no change machines on the property and no businesses in the area will make change, be sure to bring your own quarters or prepare to drive to the bank for some when you need to dry those wet towels! Now, of course these opinions are from my family’s experience and to be clear we would stay here again, just suggestions😉 The hot tub and pool were perfect and my kiddos loved it! The beach is just a quick walk across the road, very safe and easy to do so! All in all, we had an amazing vacation! Condo 109 was very cute and clean just needs a little attention and the property manager was very nice, attentive and quick to try and remedy our couch issue! I would recommend this property! Thanks for helping make our trip successful!

Easy walk to beach!

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze. Everything we needed was provided. Only issue we had was a slow draining tub. The location was perfect.

Nice for a short stay

It was a nice unit, but smaller than anticipated. The noise from the upstairs neighbors was disruptive at night as the floors seem to be thin. The location across from the beach and Pompano Joe's is awesome. I appreciated that the unit came with beach chairs and umbrella set-up on the beach as well.
