1. Washing machine didn’t work. Read a review from July 5 where renters had the same issue so it wasn’t a new problem. I reported the issue and a repairman did come out to look at it. His put a zip tie on it and said to not be rough with it. 2. Beach access was a BIG problem… when I asked about it I was told to “walk through the restaurant” (Surf Hut). This is NOT ALLOWED with gear. They were quick to tell us they are not a beach access. This needs to be addressed for future renters. We were left to find our own solution and it wasn’t easy!3. Ceiling fan didn’t work in guest room.4. TV in master bedroom would come on but nothing to allow any access to watch anything. Ie Roku, Firestick, or smart TV. 5. Bike locks were available but the provided codes didn’t work. This meant we were unable to use the bikes off property if needing to leave unattended for fear of them being stolen 6. Gas grill had propane available but it was extremely dirty. Also, the ignition switch didn’t work so it was not able to be used. Again, this was noted in a previous review so not a new problem. Good things…1. We were able to enter approximately 1 hour early since the cleaning crew was finished 2. Loved the keypad lock since there were multiple guests. This definitely makes it easier not having to keep up with a key3. Location to grocery store is great!4. Good amount of space for 2 families.5. The available beach equipment is great however, the lack of easy access discouraged use of it.
