Your vacation will be perfect with all tile floors, all new stainless steel kitchen appliances, full size washer and dryer, flat screen tv's and more! The kitchen offers plenty of counter space, full size appliances, wine/beverage cooler, pantry, and full size washer and dryer. Just off the kitchen you will find a large dining area that seats 6 and breakfast bar that seats an additional 3 people. Living area includes plenty of seating with fresh new upgrades and sleeper sofa. Just off the living area you have access to the large balcony with spectacular gulf views and outdoor seating.



Your master suite comes with a king bed, tv, balcony access, dazzling gulf view and a private bath. Private bathroom features a double vanity sink with a tub/shower combination.

Family or friends can enjoy two double beds and access to the second full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Second full bathroom can also be accessed by hallway entrance. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Nestled between Destin and 30A area attractions include: Seaside, Grayton Beach, outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers, and more.

Hidden Dunes is a luxury 27-acre Beach & Tennis Resort located on the sugar white sand of Florida's Emerald Coast. Hidden Dunes is dedicated to preserving and protecting the natural landscape of the coast.



Gulf Coast area attractions include: outlet shopping, golf, tennis, pickleball, zoo, water park, Village of Baytowne Wharf, 30A, The Big Chill, theatre, spas, salons, dining, water activities, marinas, kids activities, fitness centers, and more.



Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guest's driver's license per stay. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guests must abide by all home and HOA rules* No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the rental home. All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change. Beach chair/umbrella/paddle board rentals are an additional cost and booked through White Diamond Beach service. No tents allowed on beach.
