    *The Beachside II building is continuing with exterior stucco and minor construction work during Fall of 2025 through Spring of 2026. A 15% discount is automatically applied to the advertised rental rate for any minor inconvenience this may cause.

    A peaceful and convenient oasis awaits you in this studio located directly on the beach at Beachside Two. Our spacious studio is offering lovely new furnishings, and an upgraded full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. With 650 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the beach. The covered balcony offers both privacy and openness as the unit is located at the end of the building with a large landscaped lawn beyond. This easy access unit is on the first floor. The sugar white sand and emerald waters are just steps away beyond the tropical pool.

    Delightful accommodations and an awesome lawn view just steps from the sand and waves are just the beginning! Our studio is professionally designed with stylish furnishings and an updated kitchen. The first floor patio is easily accessed by the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The studio is beautifully designed with a comfy king bed, a NEWLY updated bathroom with walk in shower, and generous closet space. There is also a queen sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep 4 people in this spacious studio. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit, and wireless internet is complimentary. Tram service is also included. Guests are just minutes from everything at The Resort- the beach, golfing, tennis, fishing, great food and shopping at nearby Market Shops, Grand Boulevard and Village of Baytowne Wharf.

This property was amazing to stay at! We had such an amazing time. The place was clean, and well taken care of. You’re just a 3 minute walk to the beach if even that. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! The host was also so easy to communicate with, quick responses to any questions. Our stay was amazing. We came here for our honeymoon this weekend! Rooms were very nice & clean with easy check in. The only part I that didn’t reach my expectations was the view. I paid for a beach view and they didn’t tell me there was construction during my stay. My balcony was blocked off & workers walking around so I didn’t get to use my balcony but overall it was a great stay. Will be booking again next time we come!!

We rented this gorgeous corner unit for a wedding we attended in Sandestin. The property was clean. The management team had top notch communication, and we really enjoyed the convenience of being on the first floor. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Perfect little place!

We really enjoyed our trip here. It was perfect for our little family. We have 2 kids and it was plenty of room for us this week. We loved the location of the condo. Being on the 1st floor was very convenient. The porch area was very nice to chill & relax in the evenings. Parking was very close by so it wasn’t a hassle at all to get loaded/unloaded for the week. That was a huge help with the kids. Overall we were very pleased with everything and really enjoyed it.

We have stayed in similar condos in the past but Usually up high. Staying on the ground floor was a change. It was so easy to get to the private beach. Especially with a family. Bette was very helpful and accommodating. Most importantly Miramar is a great low key beach. Destin is way to busy and reminds me of a carnival town. Plus. This bottom floor corner unit walks out to an active "pet relief area", which can be very active. I am sure someone will complain but it didn't bother us. There was construction on the property when we went, again, didn't bother us but it created a lot of walk traffic for workers. Someone won't like that I am sure. Otherwise, the room was perfectly fine. Private parking, firm bed, great shower, full size kitchen, and plenty of towels for two. Complaining about anything in this unit would simply be nitpicking about stupid things. I would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING Property and Service - Thank You Ms. Bette!

The property is in a great location right on the beach. It's easy to get small children back and forth to the beach and condo as needed. The Tram service was a nice bonus to get my little family around the area, and my small kids loved riding the "bus." Dispatch for the Tram took the time to help us find a pickup location, and they even called back to make sure we were able to board without issue. The drivers were all so friendly and helpful with recommendations on activities and restaurants that my young family would enjoy. The condo itself and pool were clean and the pool not overcrowded. Even with the current construction going on, it did not hinder us from having an amazing experience. We didn't hear any construction noise or neighbors, and the only part of the condo we lost access to was the patio area, which we honestly didn't miss. Parking was super close as well, which again made for an easy trip with children. The icing on the cake though was Ms. Bette. I'm sure I messaged her a dozen times before and during our trip just to ask questions. She was always very responsive and helpful each time. She made us feel welcomed and a priority to her. I would ABSOLUTELY want to book with Ms. Bette in the future. I would feel confident that she would make sure that my family was in a clean, friendly, and safe area, and if I needed her, I know she's only 1 call away. Thank you again Ms. Bette for an amazing vacation ❤.

THEY TOOK AWAY THE FREE ICE FOR COOLERS AND NOW HAVE A ICE VENDING MACHINE YOU CAN PAY $6 A BAG FOR. SAME BAG YOU CAN BUY AT THE STORE FOR 2 BUCKS OR LESS. OUR DOOR LOCK WAS BROKE, THEN THE ACTUAL KEY PAD WENT OUT MAKING IT UNABLE TO GET INTO OUR ROOM. OUR FIRST FULL DAY THERE THE WATER WAS TURNED OFF FROM 8/9-AFTER 6 PM THAT NIGHT. COULDN'T FLUSH TOILETS, WASH HANDS, COOK, SHOWER, OR WASH CLOTHES. WAS TOLD REPEATEDLY IT WOULD ONLY BE 1-2 HOURS MORE. WE WERE FORTUNATELY ENOUGH THAT THE PROPERTY MANAGER WAS ABLE TO GET US INTO A ROOM WITH RUNNING WATER THAT WAS EMPTY. JUST LONG ENOUGH TO SHOWER AND USE THE RESTROOM. ASIDE FROM THIS ISSUE THE CONDO ITSELF HAS GONE DOWN. THERE ARE STAINS ON THE FLOOR THAT WONT COME UP BUT APPEAR TO BE DIRTY. THE BATHROOM FLOOR IS RUINED FROM WATER DAMAGE IN THE BATHROOM. WE HAD TO KEEP A TOWEL DOWN THE WHOLE TIME TO KEEP FROM WALKING IN THE DEBRIS AND MOLD. THIS AREA OF DESTIN HAS BEEN OUR LITTLE HEAVEN FOR 9 YEARS. I AM HOPING THE LACK OF ATTENTION TO THIS ROOM GETS BETTER OR WE WILL BE FORCED TO STAY SOMEHWERE ELSE. YOUR VACATION IS SUPPOSED TO BE A RESTFUL TIME NOT STRESSFUL. ALSO I AM GIVING A LOW RATING ON THE PROPERTIES LOCATION BECAUSE WHERE ARE CONDO IS LOCATED IT WAS THE TRAFFIC FLOW OF WORKERS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND ONE OF THEM WAS EVEN SLEEPING BY OUR TREE :/
