POOL CLOSURE - there is deterioration of the swimming pool wall. Also, the concrete slab beneath the pavers on the swimming pool deck is cracked from east to west on the south side of the pool. For this reason the pool is closed at this time. We hope pool will reopen in early spring 2026.

Vacation getaway Beach House 202B offers a clean yet stunning retreat. It’s so easy to forget all your troubles and just relax in the tropical chic interior while overlooking the brilliant Gulf of Mexico. Sleep peacefully in designer decorated bedrooms with waves lapping the shore as your lullaby. Then wake up to the call of sea birds and the warm Destin sunshine.
Every creature comfort you’ll need for your beach vacation is here. A chef-ready kitchen opens up to a dining room and a plush living room features glass sliding doors which lead to the private balcony – a great place to watch the sunset!
After a fun day of shopping or golfing at nearby attractions, the Beach House will be waiting with some entertainment of its own. Shuffleboard and tennis courts, a sunny pool deck, a fitness and visitor center are all part of your personal playground during your stay.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

No smoking allowed on balconies

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Property rules state: No open flame grilling allowed on balconies. No Golf carts, RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a Golf cart, trailer or RV.

Great stay!

We have stayed at a nearby condo for over a decade. It was booked so we ended up at Beachhouse. Overall, we were pleased and enjoyed our stay. However, there are a few things that need attention. The washer (which was a must for us) was disgusting. It smelled awful of mold/mildew and was visible all over the inside ring. This was a big disappointment and more of a cleanliness issue. Upon arrival late Friday night, the toilet in the bathroom (first one on the left) was not working. It would not flush. Thankfully, my husband can fix anything so he spent the first half hour repairing it so we were able to use it. Also, the Dish satellite did not work properly for most of the stay and we were not able to use it to watch tv at all the last couple of days.The location to the beach was very nice and we enjoyed our stay overall. The age of the facilities is definitely noticeable and the spaces are very tight and small, but it would not keep us from returning.

Awesome beach vacation

I’ve been vacationing in Miramar Beach for a decade now. Beautiful location and every August I stay at beach house condos. Happy with the ocean view. This trip is was just myself and my best friend and it was nice to read a book down by the ocean and relax on beach time.

Had a blast. Great condo. Great location. Usually we clean everything upon arrival including washing all linens, towels, flatware, plates, glasses Etc. Had no need this time. Everything was very clean and organized.

Sounds of the beach

Firstly, you will love sleeping with the window open to the sounds of the waves crashing. Next, you will love the view. The appartment is clean and has everything you need. You are only a few easy steps to the beach to your two available chairs and umbrella. The management company is responsive and solved a wifi issue in minutes. 30 seconds to a great restaurant to enjoy fish tacos and the sunset. Recommend for the visitor who wants to take it easy.

Loved this place!

Very nice place! The pictures of our condo did not show all of the updates. The ocean view from the master bedroom and large balcony were fabulous. Also loved the fact that the beach area in front of the condo was reserved for guests. Made it easy to social distance from others. Would definitely return and have already recommended to several friends ❤️

Beautiful location and condo except for master bed

We loved staying at this condo- beautiful location on beach, clean condo, tastefully furnished - except for the master bedroom bed. No amount of mattress pads, etc could make this bed comfortable. There was a hump in the middle. My husband finally slept on couch. The mattress needs to be replaced. We would come back in a minute if there is a new mattress put in master bedroom. Its a shame for such a wonderful place. The other mattress was fine. Otherwise it was awesome.

Fantastic time

Lovely home away from home.

We found this condo to be decorated perfectly and had everything furnished that we needed. The chairs and umbrella at the beach were greatly appreciated. The location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will probably try and get this condo again when we come to Miramar Beach.
