Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, Villa Hermosa was meticulously renovated to embody the charm of Mediterranean inspired architecture. Tucked into a renowned gated community, this distinctly designed retreat is a quick walk to private beach access along the Emerald Coast and 2 community pools. Nearby shops, restaurants, and local attractions from Destin to 30A make Villa Hermosa a centrally-located, ideal destination.

This three-bedroom, four-bathroom Villa is a masterpiece of authentic Spanish and Grecian modern architecture, seamlessly blending old-world elegance with contemporary luxury.

As you drive into the gated community, you're greeted by a lush courtyard with towering palms. Upon entering the Villa, you're met with a spacious living room bathed in natural light. Exposed wooden beam ceilings preside over two comfortable sofas, a relaxing oversized chair, and handcrafted niches displaying authentic terracotta wine vessels and ceramic vases.

Adjacent to the living room, the gourmet kitchen is a culinary enthusiast's dream, boasting an oversized island seating six, custom-made cabinetry with sleek quartz countertops, and Moorish backsplash tile. State-of-the-art appliances and amenities make cooking for a large group simple and pleasurable. Enjoy meals served on Italian and Portuguese imported dishware and make memories around a large wooden dining table comfortably seating eight.

Make your way forward through the arched hallway into the Spanish-inspired lounge room. At one corner, a sleek dry bar with a wine fridge keeps your favorite vintages perfectly chilled and at the other, a seating area with a leather pull-out couch with its own attached designer bathroom and rainfall shower. Continue through the lounge room to the back patio equipped with a gas grill and outdoor furniture.

Walking up to the second floor, you'll be met with two luxury primary bedrooms and a cozy bunk room. The first primary suite includes a private wraparound terrace and an elegant spa-like bathroom. The second primary suite also boasts a private terrace overlooking the lush landscaped grounds and an en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower.

The bunk room holds six twin beds and its own dedicated bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a tub, and a luxury tiled shower. The second floor landing area also has a stackable washer/dryer for your group's laundry needs.

BEACH ACCESS
In just a 5 minute walk, you'll exit the community and cross Scenic Highway 98 at a crosswalk to arrive at the beach access gate. Once through the gate, you'll go down about 20 stairs to get to the sand and the ocean. The beach generally only allows umbrellas and there may be signs posted that prohibit tents or canopies in certain areas of the beach. Please see the South Walton beach safety website for a complete listing of beach rules. Lastly, please be mindful of the ocean conditions and beach flag warnings. The currents can be incredibly strong and dangerous at times, so please adhere to the beach flags and stay safe during your stay.

Prior to your arrival, you will be provided a welcome link with codes to access our community gate, digital door locks on the home, and the private beach access gate. Guests will have access to the entire property, community pool, and private beach with the exception of the second level exterior owner's closet.

There are two parking spots in the driveway as well as a convenient overflow lot across the street in front of the community pool. If you have issues parking, please contact us for assistance. Street parking is not allowed by the HOA anywhere in the community.

We only rent to mature guests 25 and older who will respect our home, neighbors, and community.
