The amenities at those types of hotels are obviously on a different level, but I’ve honestly never stayed somewhere this nice at this price point. What really set this place apart was the service. 'It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality.'

'Communication with the host was great! Easily accessed the property, everything was clean and ready to go, and the place is cooler than the other side of the pillow. The house is directly under the landing path for the local airport but there's a noise machine in the bedroom that cancelled out all of the outside noise making sleeping a breeze. Would absolutely book again!'
