The Space:

Lideca's Treehouse is a charming mountain cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains in North GA. This cabin is conveniently located about 20 minutes from all the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge, Georgia (Mercier Orchards, grocery stores, charming Downtown BR restaurants and shopping, Blue Ridge Lake & Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc) and will accommodate as many as 8 guests.



This 3-bedroom cabin rental is perfect for families and groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the porch and grilling or relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the fireplace and fire pit, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the peaceful nature setting offers the perfect backdrop to your relaxing mountain getaway.



The main floor features an open living room with a gorgeous wall of windows highlighting the surrounding woods, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, a Smart TV (Streaming Only), and a dining area that seats 6-8, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. (Please note gas fireplaces are not operable May 1st-September 30th as they can heat the entire cabin)



The kitchen is fully equipped with ice maker, electric stove, stainless steel appliances, 12 cup coffee brew pot, knife set, dishes, blender, toaster, waffle maker, hand mixer, crockpot, silverware, wine glasses, tupperware, baking sheets, pots and pans, glass casserole dishes, mixing bowls, pizza cutter, mixing utensils, scissors, can opener, wine opener, grater, peeler, cutting boards, and measuring utensils. There is a gas grill that uses propane tanks on the front porch.



The main floor bedroom features a King bed with a Smart TV (streaming only, no cable or satellite), iron and ironing board, pack n play, and stair gates.

The main level bathroom features a walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub.



The main level porch is furnished with outdoor seating, rocking chairs, and a swinging bed so you can fully enjoy the gorgeous surrounding woods and sounds of nature!



The open Loft features a Queen bed.



The lower level features an entertainment area with a Poker/Pool Bumper Table, Board Games (Connect 4, Catch Phrase, Yahtzee, Exploding Kittens, 5 Crowns, Rummikub, Uno, Skip Bo, Sorry, Checkers, Cards, Phase 10, Jenga, Monopoly Deal), Smart TV (Streaming only), and a sofa bed.

The lower level bedroom features a queen bed and patio access.

The lower level bathroom has a walk in shower.

Utility closet has a washer, dryer, broom, and vacuum guests are welcome to use as needed.



The lower level porch has outdoor seating and a 6 person hot tub. The yard has a fire pit and is surrounded by the woods. (Please note firewood is not provided but can be purchased for delivery through the management company).



This cabin and the hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay.

No pets are allowed at this cabin and there is no smoking of any kind allowed inside or on the decks of the cabin.

Roads to the cabin are completely paved (driveway is gravel) and the driveway will fit 3-4 cars. Cabin can be reached easily with 2WD. This cabins driveway will not fit trailers, RV's, or boats and there is no where to turn them around.

Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement PDF.
