'The property is as advertised. It isn’t a 5 star resort but you won’t be paying 5 star prices either. Tom is an excellent host and is very responsive to communications. We were very satisfied with our stay. There are numerous restaurants and stores within a 10 minute drive and it is very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and we could stream our favorite shows by signing in to our accounts with all the apps that are downloaded already. 'We rented this cute town home for a short weekend while waiting to move into our home and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our pup. It was so nice to be close to the river and walk to Dolphins for dinner. Would definitely recommend this place. Although we live local so didn’t get to do anything vacation related, we can definitely recommend this place for someone coming to stay for vacation as it is in a central location to many activities. '

'The microwave oven blew the fuse everytime it was turned on. We notified the owner on Day 1. We were told it had just been repaired but they would send someone out. 'Great location for a trip to the Kennedy Space Center. Just a short drive to the Space Center. After a long day at the Space Center we enjoyed dinner at the Dolphins Waterfront Bar and Grill - literally out the front door and around the corner. Relaxing atmosphere and good food. The condo was spacious, very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would certainly recommend this location for anyone making a visit to the area. '
