'Green hill cottage is located on A590 dual carriageway, just 1 miles away from main village. Very beautiful place and spot on Clean all the cutlery is available in good condition amazing views from all windows and garden. Very friendly staff. Very nice nature and animals around in areas. Stunning views.can’t wait to go back again. Looking forward for my next visit in September.'

'This is an excellent house in superb state of repair with very good quality furniture. It is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. The booking process was simple and Martin Wardle of the agents was extremely helpful. The house is situated in a village which is very near Kendal, the lakes and just over one hour to the Solway coast. There are some very good dining places in the area with our favourite being The Watermill Inn which has its own micro brewery producing very tasty beers. All in all...

'Nicely furnished and ideally located flat with nice views. Short walk to Ambleside, very close to bus station where you can take bus rides to nearly all destinations in the Lake District. Flat has everything you need and is situated on the second floor of a nice property located in a beautiful large garden. Highly recommended!'
