Rehoboth trip.

We’re so happy we found this place! We loved the peaceful drive through the cornfields, the atmosphere. The house was clean, super spacious and open. Very charming, can’t say enough good things. At 8 months pregnant, I will admit that I became attached to the big bath tub after a long day. Mark also helped us out by letting us switch our reserved dates due to a family emergency, and I can’t thank him enough for that. We appreciate everything!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was beautiful, clean, cozy, and felt right at home. Our family enjoyed the board games and eating dinner around the table each night. Mark was an excellent host and very easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Spacious and clean. Mark is very responsive and readily available. I wasn’t aware that the property was in a woods area, but that was fine. I wish the beach was closer but will do my research next time. Overall, great experience with family and friends!

We didn’t spend a lot of time at property as we were were busy with family from out of town, but was a very nice home and plenty of space. Hope to book again in the future and spend more time on the property.

Quiet and Homey!

My group had a lovely stay here! It’s quiet, well stocked, and away from the crowds of the beach. It’s a relatively short drive to at least 3 beaches and a ton of restaurants/breweries, so the location is great! My one gripe (which is a personal preference so it didn’t affect my rating) is that the beds are very firm. I’ve got joint issues, and the bed was so firm it exacerbated them. Meant I couldn’t have as much fun as I planned, but that’s the risk of staying somewhere new. Overall, I’d recommend this place to others!

We loved this house!

My husband, daughter, and I had such a good time at this lovely property. The house (and rural setting) are so pretty and the house is very comfortably furnished. As many of the other reviewers have noted, the house is quite spacious. There was a large area in the living room and dining room for our family to spend time together, but also lots of space in the three bedrooms to spend individual, quiet time alone. The bath and bed linens were extremely nice as well. And, we loved having two bathrooms! This house was really just perfect for us. Mark is an exceptional host, and getting the chance to meet him was truly one of the highlights of our vacation! We're already looking at our calendar to see when we can go back!

Beach vacation

Mark was absolutely amazing, super helpful and goes over the top to assure you have everything you need for an awesome stay. The house is beautiful, quiet, peaceful, spacious. It’s in a wooded area with areas to sit and relax in nature. I really can’t say enough about this place, other than it’s perfect!!!

Quiet Country Location

We needed a place to stay while moving my husband's parents out of their DE home. The home is exactly as described and was a relaxing place to land after a long day of hard work. We didn't cook but the kitchen was nicely appointed and I believe a meal could be easily created with the equipment provided. On our last night we needed to park 3 vehicles and a U-Haul. We spoke to the host who was very willing to accommodate our needs. The parking area can easily hold several vehicles. Bring on your boat or RV but make sure the host is aware. Mark is friendly and enjoys meeting his guests. All and all a great stay!

Quiet, pleasant place; friendly host

We very much enjoyed our stay here! Mark is extremely friendly and helpful. We even sat outside by his grill and all ate together for a couple hours one night. The space is roomy and well appointed. The location was close to some friends and close enough to area beaches that it worked well for us. The master bedroom bed was on the firmer side but quite comfortable. Very nice host and a peaceful location. Highly recommend!

Great birthday weekend

The home is spacious and lovely. Had alot of amenities at this home. The master suite with attached bathroom is wonderful. The rules were simple and reasonable. My only negative was the bed was too hard. I had trouble sleeping because i like a soft bed. But with that said because that is a personal preference it would not keep me from recommending this rental. We went to 4 different beaches all within 25 to 40 minutes away. I would recommend this property. Off the beaten path without the congestion of being right near the beach. Thank you Mark for your great communication. Always very responsive.

Comfy stay!

The house was beautiful and so comfortable inside. There was pretty much everything you could need to cook meals and I love that there was 2 full bathrooms! The location was nice and not too far from beaches or shopping.

Beautiful house great location close enough to everything we went to Delaware we to Reboth beach 20 minutes went to Ocean City Maryland 40 minutes all during Fourth of July weekend. Great host very friendly great guy I felt like a brother from another mother I would recommend this house and this place to anybody who wants to get away very quiet and Shareen location. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay outdoor barbecue, gigantic master bedroom. Plenty a room in the other two bedrooms large kitchen great house couldn’t of had a better trip. Thanks again Mark.

A Beautiful, Peaceful Stay at Country Quiet

Our stay at the aptly named Country Quiet was delightful. The house was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The property was adjacent to the town of Millsboro, and close to Georgetown, Rehoboth, Dewey, and Bethany Beaches, and Delaware Seashore State Park. Take a ride down Route 1 / Coastal Highway to see the Indian River Inlet Bridge, and go a little further to Fenwick Island and Ocean City, MD. The home is in an area of forest, surrounded by farms and small towns. Traffic was minimal, except near the beaches. Mark is a very friendly and gracious host and made every effort to see that we felt at home and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. We definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants to have a quiet, relaxing stay with convenient access to a wide variety of beaches. 5 stars!

Great location

The write up was accurate, and the place was very convenient for all that we wanted to do. We initially picked this location because it was located near Plantation Lakes golf course and country club since this is where our niece was getting married, and having her reception. We were able to do a lot of fun things in the area to include Rehoboth Beach (boardwalk & dinner at the cultured pearl), Lewes (bonfire on the beach and another day to shop and enjoy the beach), and a trip to the tanger outlets for some great shopping. We also went to Salisbury (less than a 40 min drive) to tour the university and catch a movie. Mark made us feel very welcomed and we would definitely stay here again.

A very welcoming, spacious and relaxing home!

5 stars all around. I believe it is 2200 sq ft and it has a very spacious feel to it. The cleanest vacation home I have ever been to! the main bedroom is bigger than most apartments! Plentiful towels, all of them soft and fluffy. The open floor plan for the kitchen/living room/dining room really adds to the vacation feel. You know how sometimes it takes a few hours - or days - to really settle in to a new place? here, it was almost instantaneous. The kitchen is amazing, with more space, counters, shelves cabinets and every possible gadget, appliance, dish and utensil you'd ever want. The A/C is strong and quiet. Mark, the owner was on the ball with responses to questions. The location is quiet and relaxed, and less than 10 minutes from stores, gas, a few bars and restaurants. i could go on, but i think by now you get the picture!
