'Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. '

'cheryl went above and beyond to make our new years stay awsome! super nice studio apt private fenced in yard with fire pit, left snacks and games for us to play, and was super accommodating. I would definitely recommend a stay here. You will not regret it!'

'Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing. We received no check-in instructions and had no idea where to go upon arrival. A man washing a car in the driveway (not the host) directed us down a side yard and into a basement unit (never mentioned in the listing). There was no cell service, so we had to stand outside just to contact the host.The keypad lock didn’t work, and after multiple messages, the host told us not to worry because “the caretaker would make sure no one goes in.” This...

'Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette. A couple of improvements: -Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept. -Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable. '

'The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.'
