"Room was FILTHY. No smoke alarm. Room did not have a working phone or TV. WiFi wouldn’t work. Food from someone else left in the fridge in the room. We couldn’t even take our shoes off. Our daughter did and her feet were black from the floor. No hot water in the sink. It was TERRIBLE."

"This place is a 10 out of 10 highly do not recommend! There were stains on the pullout couch. The sheets were dirty. They didn’t give extra blankets pillows or sheets for the pullout bed. I had to go downstairs and ask for some and when I went downstairs to ask for some all they handed me were sheets. ..."

"I love the TRU by Hilton chain! The hotels are fresh and looking modern and young. They’re clean and are also focused on younger people who do remote working. "The property was cozy, the air flow into the downstairs bedroom was a problem. It was a good 15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. The shower was functional but needs some repair. The firepit needs to be rebuilt so we couldn’t use it."
