'The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the full breakfast was stocked with plenty to eat.'

'All was well until the morning of checkout. The houseman knocked on the door at 10:58am to remind us that checkout was at 11:00am. We were getting ready to walk out the door and then we wanted to do a second look around to make sure we did not leave anything. As I was checking around he kept reminding us it was check time and he stood in the doorway and would not move. I said do you mind so he stepped back a little but he kept his foot wedged in the door so I could not close it.I said ok...
