'The rooms were clean and all of the staff were very friendly (especially Raven at the front desk).
The room layout seemed odd with a refrigerator that blocked the light switch and a kitchenette with no table or chairs to eat at. The air conditioner and refrigerator were noisy and the TV channel selection was minimal.'

'Overall the property was very clean and well maintained. Great location near shops and just a couple miles away from Downtown Hot Springs. As we have a service animal, they put us in a room that I guess is designated for pets. Unfortunately, it did not smell very good. Overall we had a positive stay.'

'We will for sure be staying here next time we come to town. The breakfast was nice, the pool was clean, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. It is a work in progress on the state of the property with it being older. All in all, we would recommend staying here.'
