« Good hotel room, loved the jacuzzi room. the juice machine had strange thick juice and the waffle machine was not working. Not great breakfast area and out of coffee the second day. Staff was nice and tried to fix the water dispenser. »

« Although the room was relatively clean, the overall condition and experience were very disappointing. The room had a strong musty smell, and the towels and blankets smelled the same. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, and the shower leaked and dripped throughout the entire night. There were also black bugs around the shower drain.
The ceiling had about 50 visible stains, one of the lights did not work, and the walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear everything happening outside the room....

« I booked for friday, arrived Thuraday 11pm the guy at reception showed me my error, but didnt even check IF they had availability for one extra day. Didnt bother stop me from leaving. So I left went to another hotel and canceled my booking with the hotel hot springs. Your app is not very helpful either. Im going to stop using Expedia. »
