'Very clean hotel. The owner is a great guy. You will see him working the front desk, vacuuming the floors and cleaning the rooms. '

'Location was great based on our reason for being in Midland. As noted by other visitors, the property exterior is not impressive. Would be good to have condo number posted much more visibly. The interior was nice--decor was great and host provided unexpected amenities, such as bottled water, condiments, coffee/tea, creamer and snacks. Was nice to have three tvs with lots of options and nice dining and living areas. Host was very responsive to all questions very quickly. '
