Blokhutten in Middletown

'Overall, the cabin was very nice and provided a quiet getaway with relatively easy access to surrounding accommodations, including activities and restaurants.'

'Relaxing, close to all.'

'Amazing view and well appointed home. We had everything we needed and plenty of space to relax and spread out in. Loved the loft bedroom and fire pit - but the best part was the sunset right out front.'

'Pros- close to activities, cute home, large outdoor area, supplied coffee & variety of shower soaps. Great water pressure in shower. Fire pit was nice, need to take kindling. Bathrobes provided. Cons- stairs are treacherous. Railing is not attached properly. Weeds are taking over property. Walkway is hard to walk on. AC unit works but VERY loud right beside bed. We were only allowed 1 towel & 1 washcloth for 3 night stay. I asked for more, was told no. Had to sweep patio and clean outdoor...

'Everything was perfect in this cozy retreat cottage! Brigid and TJ thought of providing all the extras that guests would enjoy! The house was clean and as expected! Thank you!'

'We had an amazing stay. It was the perfect layout for our family situation, comfy, cozy, with enough room to spread out as well. The view is stunning, absolutely gorgeous!!! I spent many hours on the deck just looking out, so beautiful!!!'

'Cozy house for exploring and hiking. Remembered us at places in Tuscany (Italy).'

'This little cabin was so perfect for my family! Lots of room to play and there was so many games and puzzles to keep us entertained! We saw lots of deer in the morning walking down the street it was so beautiful!'

'A magical stay! Comfortable beds, great communication, and all the cozy comforts.'

'What a beautiful location. We really enjoyed our stay but the reason for my 4 is because of the bed it was so hard. I never complain. I couldn’t get comfortable at all. I’m sure if it had a one of those foam things on it that would make a huge difference. Kids slept great. Mama & dad did not. The hot tub was so nice. They had lots of items to help with a smooth stay. There was a Kayak that we weren’t expecting but it had hole in it my husband found out the hard way lol Made for a great laugh....

'Our group was in the area for the Virginia Wine Country half marathon. The house was close to the race and had everything we needed for meal prep. We enjoyed the hot tub post race!'
