'Overall property good .could do with just sma touches to finish off they could make more of it... Didnt agree with check out wanting us to strip bedding so for me that would be 4 beds. Not much outdoor space but what they had needed a touch up.could be nicer.upside in a excellent position for whitby.everything you need just not really finished to a good standard class between 3 and 4 star.'

'We had a wonderful week at the folly.The weather was very nice and we visited lots of sights in the neighbourhood. We would especially recommend Raby Castle. What a beautiful place to visit. The house was very nice and the owners were very friendly people. The only thing we missed were the curtains in the bedroom. '

'Very welcoming hostess!!! We were surprised with a plate of brownies!! The Sofa bed was very comfortable. We were just passing through but we wished we could have stayed longer.'
