'Big house right on the lake with a nice boat launch. Very well equipped, easy to swim off the dock or rent a pontoon boat nearby. We had a great time!'

'Property and amenities as described. Fit our larger group well. Great Location with easy walk to private dock and close to Straight Creek Marina to put our boat in. Kids loved jumping off the dock in between the two houses. Would definitely stay here again and again! '

'We visit Norris Lake near end of every summer to spend some time as a family before our kids head back to high school/college. First time trying this cottage and we LOVED it! Great location at the end of a quiet cove. Perfect for swimming, kayaking, fishing, evening fires, and our Springs Dock boat rental. We look forward to renting this one again this year!'

'Had a great week with family and the house was top-notch! The house was the perfect size for our family, everyone had their own bedroom/bath. We enjoyed the dock and Powder Mill cove is wonderful...the neighbor even provided an enjoyable fireworks show! Nancy was the perfect host and provided information and responded to questions quickly! The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers were so helpful...the only thing I would add/change is adding a faster coffee maker or maybe having 2!'

'This house is perfect for every age! We have ages 8-16 and they loved everything from the rooms, the game room, the decks, hot tub, and the private dock! The owners were so easy to connect with when we had questions. We would definitely go back! Also, there is a boat ramp less than a half mile from the property which made it real convenient! '

'This was our second trip to Lake Norris for a family get together and we will definitely return to this property. The house and property have everything you need to have a great time from the time you get up to the time you go to bed. Due to the timing of our stay we were not able to rent a boat but er still utilized the great dock. We used the kayaks that are provided and did a lot of cove to cove exploring. 'This home is as lovely as advertised. We had 20 people and there is plenty of room for everyone. The property managers were extremely responsive to our requests and that is such a plus when considering where to book.Many thanks to Britney. We plan to visit this house again!'

'We had an absolute fabulous time here! The house is spacious and clean and had a well-stocked kitchen that allowed us to cook there the whole time. My feedback for future renters: plan on cooking your meals in. There are not a whole lot of restaurants around you. We stopped at Costco in Lexington on the way in a bought food for the whole week. The boat dock is an adventure! I don't think I can express how steep that hill is to get down to it! I happened to have walking sticks that we use...
