'We booked this room as it was the only available room in short notice. After reading the other reviews we were genuinely worried. However, the hotel exceeded expectations. Our room was generally clean. There was some dust on the bed frame, the cleaning crew missed a flossing pic, and there was a black hair on the bed. 'Hotel is aged. Mold by air conditioner and stains on carpet. Front desk vacant due to smoke breaks. We checked in and went room only to find the mold and stains. Went down to checkout to find a new place to stay. Received refund for all but check in date. Expedia staff was amazing during this nightmare.'
