'Love this place 3rd time staying '

'I absolutely loved staying here, will definitely rebook again. When I find my myself again in the Charlotte area. Very quiet and reserved, the vibe gives; if you wanted to finish writing a book this is where I would come. It's very outdoors; so make sure you have 4WD to make it up the hill. We really didn't know how to work the thermometer in the room for heat but it was fine. Just a heads up the mini doesn't have a freezer, lol I wish I knew that before buying ice cream. 'Property was beautiful, lovely, clean and peaceful. Casi and Bob were wonderful hosts. It was nice being welcome with a big iced pitcher of fresh lemonade. The Cottage and pool were totally private. Casi was very attentive. My husband and I was in need of nothing. Everything was supplied. Sitting on the deck was very tranquil as gazing out onto the lake and the treed senecery. 'We had a family wedding in nearby Marion and this rental offered just what we needed. The spacious kitchen and dining room made the preparation and sharing of meals very convenient. Having three full baths was wonderful. The history and beauty of the rental was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Very cute cozy cottage. Bed is comfortable. Was able to rest, watch TV, read books, cook meals and sleep well. Kitchen didn't have everything we needed but we made do with what they had. We enjoyed our stay. Didn't get to use the sparkling clean pool.'
