« Our host, Olga, made our experience an excellent one. It is a beautiful home and well maintained. Even though the house was fully booked with other guests, everyone was respectful. Olga makes great breakfast, which we love. »

« The inn was ok. Needs more of special touches that an inn has to offer. The staff was not around to help. I had some friends over to the inn and was very grateful they let all of us there for hours to enjoy each other’s company. My friends want to book the whole inn for bike weekend next year. They all liked the inn. »

« The Paddler's Retreat is REALLY out of the way. We enjoyed our stay however, people need to understand that all services are limited. Due to Covid there is only a very limited breakfast, mostly cold. If you want tea, you will need to use the microwave. The range is not available. Furthermore, the options are more limited for dinner. There is only a gas station / limited eatery that stop serving at 6:30pm. The little town, Confluence is about 5 miles away. « L'hôtel est confortable, bien éclairé donc facilement repérable. Son point fort fut de nous fournir des conseils afin de trouver un restaurant dans les environs immédiats de l'hôtel. Le restaurant Nino's constitue un excellent choix. »
