« Clean and friendly »

« Room was clean, staff was great, only problem was I can tell they remodeled the place but the old carpet in the hallways were stained dirty and contained a smell. If they update the hallway flooring the place would be 5 stars »

« The comforter had cigarette burns, the water in the shower made noises the whole time it ran, the elevator was broken, the pool was closed and it reeked of Mary Jane in the hallways not to mention the homeless hanging out in the lobby »

« 1. the sink faucet doesn't have proper pressure control. It sprays us frequently 2. The bath tub faucet can detached from the wall 3. When the toilet is flushed, you must open the lid and manually refill the water 4. The room phone isn't connected, so you can't call the front desk 5. The air conditioning is broken. It makes A LOT of noise but no air comes through. There's also mold on the vents! 6. It stinks of urine at all times!! 7. An appropriate amount of towels was NOT provided until...

« This is a non-smoking hotel but the first room we were offered reeked of stale tobacco, obviously used to be a hotel that allowed smoking. The manager found us another room and that was better although the curtains smelled of tobacco. Aside from two beds, a fridge and microwave there were no other amenities, no cups for water, no coffee maker, no tissues. The towels were thin and although clean were stained and old. The manager was kind enough to find us a blanket as the bed only had a sheet and...
