« Air conditioner made so much noise rattling that had to shut it off . Noise was loud . Thought a refrigerator was a common thing to have in room but no refrigerator. Tv was so small and to far away to see it . Had to sit close ti see it »

« The hotel was new, modern, and very clean. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. When we arrived, we asked if a ground-floor room was available, and the front desk quickly accommodated our request. They even asked whether we preferred a room closer to the elevator or farther away, which we really appreciated.
