'Excellent location across the street from the beach with partial ocean view from the front deck. The property felt clean and had lots of stuff to use in the kitchen which made meals easy. Staff was super communicative and easy to reach for any questions. The backyard was beautiful and well mantained, felt like a tropical hideaway.'

'Booked for visit for to Legoland. It was easy short drive to Legoland, and also short drive to downtown Carlsbad/beach. Room smelled a little like smoke, had a little mold in bathrooms, doesn't offer breakfast, pool was too dirty for us to swim, and a bit noisy for halls. Bed was comfortable, price was affordable .'

'Mooi hotel, prima kamer.
In de buurt veel junkachtige types. Duidelijk een net hotel in een mindere wijk.
In het hotel merk je er niets van.'

'We booked the Laguna room for three nights but ended up couldn't stay for more than one night due to privacy/safety issues.
Check-in was difficult because the property does not have a front desk. No check-in instructions were sent on the day of arrival, so we had to contact the property and wait for a response.
The room lacked a closet, drawers, and hangers. It also did not have air conditioning, only a ceiling fan and window fan.
The room had privacy and safety issues. The blinds had holes,...

'The property and lobby were clean and staff was nice. Parking was easy. Bed was comfy. I stayed here for two nights for a wedding nearby. My only complaint was how loud the train outside was. The first night I woke up every 30-60 minutes from the railroad crossing alarm sounding off. It was SO loud. My room overlooked the train crossing and a gas station and I heard some commotion going on in the middle of the night down there but that didn’t last long. The train ran throughout the entire night....
