Great Spring Break stay

Stay was great - kids really enjoyed it! I would stay again. Keep these things in mind if you decide to book a stay: - no coffee filters for the coffee maker - there was a partial paper towel roll for us to use -only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided (we stayed 6 nights with 4 of us) -No shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided -No extra hand towels for the kitchen or bathroom -fire alarm went off at 10pm and the whole building was evacuated (this is a common occurrence!) -Not a lot of stuff within a mile of the building other than 7-11, the building cafe/store, and hotel restaurants -Building keeps A/C cranked in common areas/halls

Loved this condo

My high school senior daughter, her friend and I stayed here for a night before going on a cruise. I wish we had more time to enjoy this property. The unit exactly matched the pictures and was clean and comfortable. The property grounds is very pretty and well maintained. The pool and beach were both superb. I was given a property contact because I was coming in later in the evening and he gave me detailed directions on checking in. Although we didn't make use of what was in the condo, it was well stocked with kitchen gear, beach chairs, cooler, and plenty of towels. This was the perfect place to start our vacation.

Quiet, family friendly, but too many rules

As others have reviewed, the check in office is unnecessarily difficult to find. The communication I had with Jorge was only good if I used the Whatś app and wrote in Spanish. The property is nice and amenities are as posted. Wish there weren't so many rules at the pool. Workers should tell us where the market on property is. Overall, it was a good experience.

Perfect Girls Get a Way

On arrival, Pablo was very helpful, informative and easily accessible. The condo was quite clean, good location and accommodations were more than expected. Easy access to pool, beach and Boardwalk and restaurants. The beach chairs left for us to use, we’re camping chairs.. not very beach friendly. We purchased beach sand chairs and left them behind for future guests. Elevators were very slow.. Overall, the stay was comfortable relaxing and just what we wanted!!

Clean and comfortable condo.

The condo itself was clean and nice. wasn’t equipped with as much as I’m used to when I rent private homes but still good. It was nice to have beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. But only had 1 hand towel and no washcloths. Overall happy with the condo and the host. He was nice and responded to all my questions during our stay and even brought a new TV for the bedroom as the one there was broken. The downside wasn’t with the condo or the owner but the condominium place itself, which has nothing to do with the owner at all but wow, talk about rules and regulations. I’ve never been on vacation before where there was so many rules and staff watching every move you make. I get having some rules in place but they definitely go overboard there. They make Check -in more complicated than it needs to be. This was the first time I rented a condo as I always rented private homes with our own private pool. After this stay I think I will go back to the private homes. A lot less rules and we don’t have people/staff watching everything we do. But again this has nothing to do with the owner of the condo as all the rules are out of their control. Besides being treated like kids with a bunch of rules our stay was good and we had a great time, but probably will not stay in another condominium complex again, it’s just not for me. Thank you for a nice clean and comfortable condo for our vacation.
