Please let us know your exact arrival time so we can prepare your unit for a smooth check-in. Only authorized staff can register you, so our team member will meet you in the lobby at that time!
-To access the building's services, please reach out to the Main Administration Office located at the front desk during business hours. These hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you arrive to check in outside of these hours, you will need to wait until the next day to check in and use the amenities.
WARNING: The use of cell phones or any electrical devices is strictly prohibited in the wet areas of the building. Failure to comply may result in a daily fine of $200 USD.
-Early check-in is subject to availability.
-The apartment is not equipped with a heating system. For your arrival, you will be provided with towels, 2 toilet paper rolls, small shampoo, and soap. Since the apartment is privately owned, replenishing these items is not provided. Please be kindly advised that washcloths are not provided as well.
- This is a strictly non-smoking apartment. Violation of this rule will lead to a $300 fine.
-Please be aware of the below are ICON rules and regulations that must be followed as they may result in a fine of up to $100.00, which must be paid by the guest.
TRASH
Trash rooms are located next to units ending in 01—example 2501.
Garbage bags should be tossed into the trash chute and no bags should be left on the floor.
Boxes and bottles must be taken to the Ground Level.
NOISE
No noise should be heard in hallways and common areas between 10 PM and 8 AM.
DRES'S CODE
Shirts and/or cover-ups are required in all common areas. No bare feet in common areas.
BALCONY
Under no circumstance should any item be thrown off the balcony. No items should be hung on the balcony railing. Fireworks are not allowed.
