This luxury real estate Condominium provides a peaceful atmosphere, free from busy crowds. Exclusive direct beach access . The building is just minutes away from high-end shopping, great dining, top entertainment and cultural hotspots.

This is a paradise for fun as it is just minutes to Gulfstream Race Track & Shopping, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Mardi Grass at the Greyhound Track.

Aventura Mall is 5 minutes away from Condo and Sawgrass Mills Mall only at 10 minutes.

Parking service rates:
One week: USD 100 per stay
Two weeks: USD 125 per stay

A USD 20 deposit will be requested to receive the Parking Decal, which has to be returned before 5 PM the check-out date to receive the USD 20 deposit refund.

The apt. building is in a good locn., close to beach/restos/shopping/other attractions,etc. It is furnished nicely,with modern & comfortable amenities (dining & living rooms,kitchen,bedroom). The bedrm. has very comfortable beds & linens. There is a nice view of inland waterways (no patio screen),although S. Ocean Dr. can get noisy. The sink/shower faucets worked ok,but could use updating to be more in line with the rest of the unit. The 65” TV was nice,with many chans. and streaming options. It seemed that certain items (such as garbage bags,toilet paper,etc.) were provided for short stays (2 wks. for us). The ac worked well but was somewhat noisy,especially when activated. Marcello & Liliana were quick to respond and helpful,often checking to make sure all was ok.We did have some observations/comments related to the bldg./premises. Check-in was lengthy,a copy of one form (which rqd. many initials) was not provided. Limited soundproofing even with windows/patio doors closed (can easily hear street traffic,persons in hallway). Our bldg. pool (not heated) was closed for maint. for a few days,had to use other bldg. pool,with very ltd. avail. chairs/loungers, which were often hard to get (some persons just take extras); the bldg. admin. needs to manage this better. A pkg. spot was not reserved,often there was very ltd. space. An info sheet with some gen. rules/instructions & a prop. map (for both bldgs,pools,beach access,pkg.,rental/admin. office locn.,etc.) would be nice.

The direct beach access was our favorite part! The condo was very clean, bright and adequate for our stay. The Tides building is older and the hallways are dark but aside from that, it had a nice heated pool and a lovely beachfront! Communication with the host was easy and timely.

Wonderful long weekend

We checked in on Thursday and stayed a wonderful 4 nights! The condo was very bright and welcoming. All of the furniture was very comfortable and I loved the luxurious bed. We forgot to bring sugar and were happy to find some in the kitchen. I appreciated the security measures, knowing no one could just walk in off the street. The pool area was beautiful and we enjoyed many hours there. Thank you so much!

Great location and clean property

The unit was very clean, the entire property is well maintained actually. The beds were comfortable and there were no issues with other neighbours at night. The check in process is not ideal, I am sure there is a simpler way to facilitate that.

Beautiful place to stay

First I wanted to say thank you to Liliana and her staff. You ladies Rock! It was a blessing we were able for an early check in to enjoy the pool and beach The place was very clean and beautiful. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t want to get up but the beach was call me. At night the balcony has the most gorgeous sunset view- great place to meditate. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would like to request my next stay before my comment gets posted and you guys snatch my dates lol

Wonderfully relaxing

The property met expectations and was as advertised. The location is splendid with easy access to pool area and beach. upon arrival we were greeted by the receiving team and were guided rapidly and ably through the registration process. Beach umbrellas and chairs were available although we did not use them as the beach is just feet away from the pool area. All in all a great place to relax in the sun.

Problem with the door. Not able to lock when leaving. Host Lilliana was very rude and did not come or send someone else to fix it. In general host would have been fired if it had been my unit. Just very unprofessional when contacting her. I felt like just asking for my money back due to her disrespect me with her tone and attitude when asking about the door lock system as if I was supposed to no this with no instructions. I.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS UNIT TO ANYONE!! Instead of Penhouse I was staying in a jail house by not being able to secure the door when leaving. Other items were only one set of towels were left for two people. Towel rack was broken along with toilet paper rack was loose and in need of repair.. refrigerator freezer rack was rusted and needs to be replaced.

Loved the unit. The view was amazing.

The place was great! Exceeded our expectations. Will definitely keep it in mind for another year. After hearing about the unit my friend is going to check it out for them for next year. Only if I don't get it first. HaHa. I do have one wish, Maybe a couple more pictures on the walls and a valance on the deck door. Just could use more color. Also, the cold air return ducks are pretty black. Otherwise everything was awesome. Thank you for your great communication and for putting this unit on VRBO so people like me can enjoy it. Your manager, (I will butcher the spelling of her name so I won't even try, I'll call her Elly.) was top-notch. Thank you again for the experience.
