'PÉSIMA ADMINISTRACIÓN, SIN AGUA CALIENTE, AUNQUE BUENA UBICACIÓN. No suelo dejar reseñas, pero espero que esta pueda ayudar a otros viajeros. Me hospedé ocho días y durante toda mi estancia el agua caliente nunca funcionó. Escribí al propietario al menos diez veces; siempre respondía que lo revisarían o que alguien iría, pero al día siguiente el problema continuaba. 'Excellent stay! The location in Condesa is perfect,safe, walkable, and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and parks. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated having access to the kitchen for breakfast and coffee before heading out each day. Communication was easy, and check-in was seamless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.'

'Owner was great. He was helpful and honest. I did not think I had paid yet and he absolutely could have charged me again but did not. As a note though, he speaks predominantly Spanish so this may not be the place to stay if you don't. My only complaint is that the hot water was inconsistent and when it worked it took almost 10 minutes to heat up. There was also no AC, but that is typical for the region.'

'Boutique hotel in beautiful townhouse in the middle of cosy Roma Norte with plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. The beds are very comfortable but our room on the ground floor of the inner patio was very dark en had inadequate lighting inside. Staff was often hiding at the desk behind closed door and could be more present and more helpful. '

'El check in decía 3 pm y nos dijeron que era a las 5 pm, obvio salimos y al regresar no nos dieron la habitación que seleccionamos dos camas matrimoniales a piso, en su lugar un minicuarto con litera donde te golpeaba la cabeza a cada paso. Le hecha ron la culpa a Expedia y no quisieron cambiarnos según que mi amiga fue al baño 1 vez y lo ensucio. Si me molesto mucho ese trato. '
