« Despite the location on the border of an autoroute, the hotel is close to Contensa, to the Bosque Chapulteque and to the av de la Reforma, thus very functional by walk. The hotel is secured by attendants at the door, and very clean. English is not common but so is it in Mexico city. The staff is sympathetic and helpful. The breakfast on the terrasse is definitively a plus. We stayed more than a week. I highly recommend V65. »

« Location was fantastic, value was exceptional. There’s so much to do in the Polanco area. Five days is not enough, and of course, the entire city of Mexico City would take weeks to truly explore. I would definitely rebook this experience. My wife and two teenage girls truly agree. »

« Great location, walkable to many places, buses and metro are very nearby. Lots of food options. The apartment is on Reforma, and there's a construction site which is noisy. The room is not spotless clean. But acceptable. We checked in at 130am. Really late, the given code is not working. Running up and down asking front desk help, they are super nice and helpful to call the host. A new code provided so finally get in the room about 2am. Not a very smooth start! We booked our...

« Property and surrounding neighborhood is clean, friendly and well kept. Large number of tourists staying in the area. Loft was clean and beautifully arranged. Bed was EXTRA firm and old when we changed the sheets. Window view of the city but no way to completely block light from outside. Description was appropriate, host was amenable, good price, 20-30 minutes from most areas of the city. »

« When I arrived the door wouldn’t open so I contacted the host and he said that I had canceled the stay which was completely false. He told me that he refunded me and that there was no vacancy for the apartment. If I had canceled the day of my arrival he would have never refunded me my money so it was him who canceled, probably double booked for more money. I had to find a new place and didn’t get there until after 9pm. Wasted the whole afternoon. »

« The place is great and had ample room. The host was very quick to respond. There were issues such as no toilet paper that were resolved. However, the clothes dryer didn’t function, so laundry was not done, stool ring and lids on both toilets were about to fall off of which was reported and not resolved. Also, there were six of us for seven days with one towel each for the week - not VRBO typical.The most irritating issue was when midnight occurred on our next to last day, the lock code reset....
