'Redelijk hotel, erg kleine badkamer. Mooi groot tv met YouTube mogelijkheden. Ontbijt zoals haast bij alle hotels in US is voldoende.'

'The manager double booked our room with a couple that had came in right before us, and when she gave us the new key. Wrote the wrong room number down so we had to figure it out on our own. The complementary breakfast wasn’t available nor even brought up but we were charged for it'

'I had surgery at the Optim Orthopedics center. Our stay at "Cypress" Cottage was within walking distance of the center. Very clean cottage and everything was in good working order. Would recommend this little compound to anyone who has the need to stay in the area.'

'I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here. From the moment I entered the room, there was an unpleasant odor. it did not smell clean or fresh at all. The issues continued throughout the room. The shower had a strong, foul smell, similar to a wet dog. The refrigerator was dusty and visibly dirty, and the microwave had not been properly cleaned.
