« Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce magnifique appartement idéalement situé.Par contre nous avons eu un problème de chasse d’eau au niveau d’un toilette. La cuisine est équipée de façon assez minimaliste (1 casserole, pas de plat pour le four, pas de couteaux à viande). Par contre lave vaisselle, lave linge, grille pain, grand frigo.Cet appartement est idéal pour un séjour en famille, à proximité du métro, dans un quartier prisé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir! »

« Nice clean apartment in a perfect location for walking around and exploring Paris. Close to metro stations and major landmarks. Neighborhood and street have a lot of restaurants and things to check out, which was great, but it was super super loud until about 2 or 3 am on weekend nights. Apartment had fully stocked kitchen with microwave and a small fridge. Fair warning that the unit is up 3 flights of pretty narrow spiral stairs. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. »

« Terrible place, we woke up in the middle of the first night with breathing problems. The bedroom was full of mold behind the bed board. We went to a hotel as we couldn’t sleep there. We ask for a full refund as this place is unhealthy. Let me know what we have to do. Also you should remove this address from your offer. « Unit is unlivable! 1) No hot water for 1/2 of stay (Oct heat provided via space heaters). Notified guests/VRBO- after cancellation period - that building heat/hot water would be off; when asked for refund told it would be rectified - it wasn't!2) Unit is 2 doors down from VERY LOUD night club. « A great spacious apartment that fit 5 of us perfectly! Communication with the host was quick and the check in process was simple. Prepare yourself however for walking up 100 stairs to reach the apartment. Would definitely stay at this place again! »

« The house was very comfortable and in a great location. The Main floor has a living room and kitchen. The two bathrooms are on other floors. The place is ideal for a family. We were two couples and one couple had to stay in the basement which had no windows and a tiny bathroom that would be great for kids, but a challenge for adults. »
