« I really loved this place, the entire 1st floor is garage. I had a boat on a trailer and it worked perfectly. The 2nd floor was exactly as posted, plus there were plenty of items in the refrigerator and on the kitchen counter so we were not in need of anything. »

« A perfect place - lovingly cared for by the hosts. It truly felt like staying in a family member’s home. Thoughtful details were provided- tea and coffee (including decaf), snacks,; shops 10 minutes away, but home was out in the peace and quiet of the country with sweeping views. Near to the beauty of the Grand Mesa. A few additional things would make it more manageable and safer for elderly and disabled persons such as grab bars in the shower. »

« Jalen and her husband were very accommodating and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The location and size of unit was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the outdoor patio several nights in a row. Woukd definitely stay there again! »

« Perfect 2 bedroom for me and my husband, our daughter, and our grandpup!! Cozy (by no means small), decorated to make you feel at home, and a perfect location for privacy but close to Grand Junction’s shopping district and downtown nightlife. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did ours! »

« Very cute house in an amazing location. Convenient location to everything in Grand Junction. It was a perfect and walkable location to see my son who goes to school at Colorado Mesa University. Backyard area was nice to drink coffee in the morning and relax outside at night. We had an issue (our fault, not the owner’s) and the owner was so helpful, nice and responsive. Check in was super easy! We had a wonderful stay here! »

« I was only here for a night passing through the area. The bed was nice and comfy. The room was very clean and cozy. Glenda was nice and sweet and greeted me on my arrival. I was able to rest and relax before I was back on the road in the morning. »

« A gorgeous newer build very conveniently located (especially to the new Starbucks). The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the area was great. Our host was also great with our last minute changes and communicating! »

« Nicely furnished- Living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. You have to be comfortable with traversing stairs, as 3 floor townhouse with living area on 2nd floor along with a half bath and 2 very nice ensuite king BR’s on the 3rd level. There is 1 queen bed on street level entry with no bath, closet or luggage rack to get your things off the floor. About 18 stairs to 2nd level which is a lot for a middle of night bathroom run! Kitchen is missing some of the basics like baking...
